Venue: Seating Available & Seating Goal

When editing your event, we have two items you can now include under the Venue Information tab - Seating Available and Seating Goal:

Seating Available

Seating available is the total number of available seats in your venue that you could possibly sell.

Seating Goal

The seating goal is the number of seats that you hope to sell. Typically, these numbers are the same, but not always. For example, if you have an 1800 seat venue for a show with a lesser-known artist, a more realistic goal may be to fill 800 of those seats.

We use Seating Available and Seating Goal numbers internally at AttendStar to monitor your event. This allows us to be proactive with ideas to help you sell more tickets. This information is also used in your event's reporting.

To add Seating Available and Seating Goal to your event, simply follow the steps below:

1. Click the blue Edit Event button.

2. Click the Venue Information tab

 3. Now enter your numbers Seating Available and Seating Goal fields.

4. Finally, click the green Save Event button.
