Why Won't My Tickets Print?

How to Print Your Tickets

  1. Your tickets are automatically sent from tickets@attendstar.com to the email address you provided during the payment process.
  2. Click the "Download or Print All Your Tickets" link.
  3. After you click the link, your tickets will be downloaded to your computer or your mobile device.
  4. If you cannot print your tickets before the event, take your Order Confirmation Number (#) with you to the event for admission. Most events will allow you to show your tickets on your phone to scan for admission.
  5. Tickets can also be mailed to you at no charge. Tickets can only be mailed via U.S. mail if the event is more than 4 days away. For more information, click this link: Mail My Tickets to Me
