Finding charges & tracking money

Stripe makes it easy to locate customer transactions and check your payouts.

View Stripe Payments:

1. Log in to your Stripe account. Remember, your Stripe login might be different than your AttendStar login.
2. Click on Payments to view a list of all payments
   

   

3. To view transaction details, click on the transaction.

You can also search for transaction using the Search field at the top of your Stripe account. Enter an AttendStar order ID, email address, or the last 4-digits of the credit card used to purchase.

Stripe Payouts:

1. Log in to your Stripe account. Remember, your Stripe login might be different than your AttendStar login.
2. Click on Balances to check incoming/outgoing payments to your bank account, and the date the payout can be expected.
