How to Set Up Dynamic Pricing for Your Event


Dynamic ticket pricing allows you to adjust ticket prices based on demand, timing, or other factors. This feature allows you to set prices and automatically adjust them in response to real-time market conditions.


How to apply Dynamic Pricing to a ticket:


  1. Click the Tickets tab on the left-hand side of the page.

  2. Click All Tickets.

  3. Click Add New Ticket in the top right-hand corner of the page.

  4. Check the box next to Enable Dynamic Pricing.

  5. Click Add New Rule.

    Click the drop-down menu under Condition Type. Select Ticket or Date. 

    1. If you select Ticket, enter the ticket amount at which you want the price to change in the field provided, followed by what the price will change to in the provided field. 

    2. If you select Date, select the date and time at which you would like the ticket price to change from the provided drop-down menus, followed by the price you would like the ticket to change to in the field provided.

  6. Click Add Dynamic Pricing when complete.
  7. Once you’ve completed the ticket creation process, click Create Ticket.
