Re-engagement is an integral tool in promoting your event to prospective attendees who engaged with your event website and ticketing page and may have even put tickets into their cart, but did not place an order, i.e., “abandoned carts”.
AttendStar’s Re-Engagement tool collects email addresses prior to orders being completed. This will allow you to market your event to prospective attendees and those who may have started to purchase tickets but did not complete the order.
Re-engagement is found under Attendalytics. You will have access to a full record of prospects for your event, including a numerical comparison of prospects and how many of those prospects converted into orders, prospect emails, phone numbers, date of prospect creation, and date of order placement (if applicable), both in a chart and table view. Also available to you are downloadable spreadsheets of prospects or prospects' email addresses, to be utilized in re-engagement marketing tactics. Re-engagement is updated in real-time.
