Add-On Tickets


Add-ons 2.0 introduces a dedicated add-on page within the checkout process, appearing after customers have selected their admission tickets. By strategically placing this page, it leverages the impulse buying phase to encourage ticket buyers to explore additional options that can enrich their event experience.

How to create an add-on item:


  1. Click the Tickets tab on the left-hand side of the page.

  2. Click All Tickets.

  3. Click Add New Ticket in the top right-hand corner of the page.

  4. Complete the ticket information. Be sure to click the Add-on Item toggle.

Please note: Add-on items are not admission tickets. These items such as parking passes, VIP experiences, merchandise, etc. These items will be excluded from your attendance ticket count and included in a separate total for add-ons. 

  1. Click Create Ticket when complete.
