Marketing Tagline


The Marketing Tagline feature allows you to add a brief, attention-grabbing phrase beneath the ticket name on your event page. This space highlights the ticket's unique benefits, such as upgraded experiences, the best views, or exclusive perks. It's also ideal for providing important information like instructions, inclusions, exclusions, or any specific requirements related to the ticket. By utilizing this feature, you can enhance the appeal of each ticket and ensure customers know exactly what to expect when they purchase.


To access this feature: 

  1. From the event overview page, click All Tickets under the Tickets menu.

  2. Hover over the ticket type you want to edit and click the blue Edit link on the right side of the page.

  1. Scroll until you see the Status & Tagline header. Type your Ticket Marketing Tagline in the field provided.

  2. Click the red Update Ticket button to save your changes.
