Tickets Remaining
One of the most effective ways to increase ticket sales is the utilization of the Tickets Remaining feature. This feature shows ticket buyers how many tickets are left on the ticket sales page. Click here to learn why this feature is important to use.
Here’s how to enable the feature if creating a new ticket:
From your event overview page, click New Ticket from the Ticket menu.
Fill out ticket information as needed. Under the Quantity header, locate the grey box that reads “Show quantity remaining when inventory reaches” and fill in the field provided with the desired quantity.
- Click Create Ticket when complete.
Here’s how to update the feature on an existing ticket.
From your event overview page, click All Tickets from the Ticket menu.
Hover over the ticket you wish to edit, and click the blue Edit link on the right side of the page.
Under the Quantity header, locate the grey box that reads “Show quantity remaining when inventory reaches” and fill in the field provided with the desired quantity.
