Checking this box prevents purchase of the ticket(s) until the code is entered so you can control who purchases. An example use is in a pre-sale where you only want a specific set of ticket buyers to be allowed to purchase.

This feature is located under a discount's Basic Information. To get here you either must have an existing discount or make a new discount.
