Individual Ticket Logo, Category Banner, and Additional Image

You use these features by going to the Edit Ticket page. Here is how: 

1. Click on All Tickets under the Tickets menu.

   

2. Click on Edit for the ticket you wish to update located on the right of the page when you hover over the ticket.

   

3. Click on the Advanced tab.

   

4. The features will be under the Media Files header. 

   

   

   

5. Remember to click on Update Ticket when you make changes!
