Suspend Ticket Sales

If you no longer want to offer this ticket or would like to hide it, select Hide Ticket near the bottom of the Advanced tab.

You use this feature by going to the Edit Ticket page. Here is how:

1. Click on All Tickets under the Tickets menu.

   

2. Click on Edit for the ticket you wish to update located on the right of the page when you hover over the ticket.

   

3. Click the Advanced tab. 

   

4. Scroll down until you see the grey Hide Ticket field and toggle it on. 

   

5. Click the red Update Ticket button when complete.
