This feature allows you to make your ticket Non-refundable. With this enabled, the customer will be required to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
You can locate this feature under the Detailed Information tab on the Update Ticket page. You can get here by:
- Clicking on All Tickets under the Tickets tab in the navbar
- Click on Edit for the ticket you wish to update.
- Click on the Detailed Information tab
- Scroll down to the Checkbox labeled "This ticket is Non-Refundable." and check the box.
- Click on Update Ticket and your done!
