Non-Refundable Ticket


This feature allows you to make your ticket Non-refundable. With this enabled, the customer will be required to agree to the Terms and Conditions. 

You can locate this feature under the Detailed Information tab on the Update Ticket page. To locate it:

  1. Click on All Tickets under the Tickets menu.

  2. Click on Edit for the ticket you wish to update located on the right of the page when you hover over the ticket.

  3. Click the Ticket Details tab.

  4. Under the Terms and Conditions header, check the box next to "This ticket is Non-Refundable."

  5. Click Update Ticket and you’re finished!
