Business Name on Receipt


The Business Name appears in the receipt generated from your payment gateway and is automatically sent to your ticket buyers' or registrants' email after purchase.


  1. Click the Tickets drop-down menu and select Ticket Payment Options at the top of the list.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the box labeled Business Name on Receipt.
  3. Fill in this field with the name you want to show up on your receipts. By default, it is the name of the current event.

  4. Once finished, click the red Update button at the bottom of the page.
