Event Message / Status


When your tickets are no longer available online, or you need to cancel or postpone your event, you have several options.

  1. First, click the red Edit button on the right side of the overview page.

  2. Next, click the Advanced tab and scroll to the bottom. The Status is just above the Payment Processing Fees section.

  3. Finally, click the drop-down menu and select your action. You can then include a message with the change.

  4. Once finished, click the red Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.
