Ticket Names and Descriptions

Want to avoid phone calls from your ticket buyers? Taking the time to ensure the names and descriptions of your tickets will go a long way toward reducing your workload and making happy customers.

To the experienced event manager, the meaning of General Admission, Gold Circle, VIP, Early Bird, Club, or Box Seats is simple... But it might not be to the public! 

Almost all ticketing companies offer a place to explain what the buyer gets for their hard-earned money.

To find this:

1. Click the Tickets drop-down menu in the event manager.

2. Click All Tickets.

   

3. Hover over the ticket type, and click the blue Edit on the right side of the page.

   

   
   

   

   
   

4. Input the Ticket Name under the Basic Information tab.

   

5. Click the Ticket Details tab and write your description in the field provided.

   

6. When finished, click the red Update Ticket button at the bottom of the page. 

   

It's a simple task that can yield significant benefits. A little effort in this area can go a long way and save you a lot of time, making you an integral part of the event's success!
