Receive Low Ticket Alerts
Do you want to add tickets to sell when the initial offering of tickets is running out? Do you need to know when they're running low?
How to Set Up Low Ticket Alerts - Ticket Level:
- From the event dashboard, go to the Ticket menu and select All Tickets.

- Click on Edit for the ticket you wish to update, located on the right of the page when you hover over the ticket.

- Click the Advanced tab.

- Enter the point (amount of tickets remaining) at which you would like to be notified in the field Low Alert Quantity.

- Click Update Ticket.

- Click Low Ticket Alert from the Reports menu. Enter the email addresses you want to receive alerts.

How to Set Up Low Ticket Alerts - Event Level:
- Click Low Ticket Alert from the Reports menu.

- Enter the quantity and email addresses you want to receive alerts. (Please note that this will override ticket-level alerts.)

AttendStar will now automatically email you when there are a number of tickets remaining to be sold!
