How to delete a ticket type
Deleting a ticket type erases the ticket from your event. Ticket buyers will no longer be able to purchase that ticket type because it will not be listed on the ticket sales page, however, people who have purchased that ticket type will still have the ticket and the ticket will still be listed in your Ticket Sales Report. The ticket type will not appear on the Overview or All Tickets pages
- Select the event
- From the Overview of your event, select Tickets in the menu and click on All Tickets
- Find the row of the ticket type you would like to delete and click the blue Delete link in the row of the ticket type you would like to delete
- Confirm the deletion
How to hide a ticket from ticket sales page
This little trick allows you to hide a ticket type from the sales page without deleting it.
- Select the event
- From the Overview of your event, select Tickets in the menu and click on All Tickets
- Click the blue Edit link in the row of the ticket type to hide on the event sales page
- On the Basic Information tab, set the Sales End Date/Time to before today's date
- Your ticket sales page will now hide the ticket type from view.
