Resend Tickets to Your Attendees


My attendee contacted me, and they lost their ticket in their email or deleted the email with their tickets. What do I do?


Simple! You can resend the ticket to your attendee. There are two ways you can do this.


Method 1:

  1. Click the Search button on the AttendStar main screen.

  2. In the search bar, type the attendee's order number (if they don't have their order number, you can search by their name or email address)

NOTE: This is an account-wide search, meaning you can search for tickets or attendees across all your events from ONE place!

  1. Hover over the ticket you want to resend and click the blue Resend.

  2. You can also search for orders and resend tickets by clicking Manage Attendees under the Attendees drop-down menu on the left of the particular event.

  3. You will be prompted to send it to the attendee's registered email, another email, or both. Ask what email your customer wants the ticket sent to and respond accordingly. Click the red Resend Email button at the bottom of the page.

NOTE: Confirming the email address with the customer is always helpful to ensure there are no typos, etc.

Method 2:

  1. Follow steps 1-3 in Method 1.
  2. Select the option for Other Email and input your email address.
  3. The ticket will now arrive in your email. Click the link to download it. For instructions on getting a ticket, go here.
  4. After sending it to yourself, select Save As and save the ticket in a place where you will remember it.
  5. You can email the ticket buyer directly from your email address and attach the ticket(s) as a .pdf file.
