This is where you add a tour. See how simple it is?!
- Tour Name is the name of the tour (e.g., “The Forever Tour”)
- Start Date is the starting date of the tour
- End Date is the end date of the tour
- Reporting Period indicates how many times per week you would like Event Managers to submit reports
Event Managers are sent reminder emails for each reporting period.
If you would like Event Managers to report one time per week, then you will select Weekly. The report reminder will arrive the day after the reporting period ends. For example, for once a week reporting Sunday - Saturday, the reminder emails will arrive each Sunday.
For Bi-Weekly reporting, the reporting periods are Monday - Thursday and Friday - Sunday, with reminder emails each Friday and Monday.
