Help, I can not print my tickets!


Printing your tickets is sometimes a challenge because of all the different computers, tablets and phones that now connect to printers.

Three things to do.

  1. An email is sent from that has links to print your tickets. Please check your spam and junk mail folders as sometimes they will get stuck there. If you did not receive this email go here.

  2. After you click the link, your ticket will be downloaded to your computer or, in some cases, you can print right from the Adobe Reader window. If this does not work, you will need to contact someone locally for assistance. Try forwarding your email to a friend or going to the library to print.

  3. If you still cannot print and it's time to go to the event, take your order number with you to the event for admission. Your name and a record of your purchase will be at the event.
