Check your spam and junk mail folders
The number one reason customers do not get their tickets is because the tickets ended up in their email's spam/junk email folders. Search for the tickets in your email's search box by typing in "AttendStar" or "firstname.lastname@example.org"
Have tickets resent to your email
You can have your tickets resent to the email you purchased your tickets with.
1. Go to http://www.attendstar.com/tickets
2. Enter in the email address you used to purchase your tickets with.
3. Click "Resend Tickets"
4. Check your email for a message from "email@example.com"
I don't have access to the email I used
Send us a message, so we can locate your order. You will need your order number, which you received when you completed your purchase.

2. Fill out the form and someone will assist you within 24 hours.
I don't have a printer
There are several options in getting your tickets printed. Since the tickets were emailed, you can forward the email to someone who has a printer and they can print the tickets for you.
If you do not have someone who has a printer, you can go to any local office stores or print shops, who have computers and printers available for a nominal fee. Some stores include, but are not limited to: FedEx/Kinkos, Office Depot, Staples, Office Max, etc.
Lastly, your local public library typically has computers and printers available for use. Since the tickets are in your email, you should be able to access your email on library computers and print your tickets from there.

Be sure to include your mailing address, as we do not have access to the address you used in your billing information when placing the order. Please allow up to 5 business days for your tickets to arrive.
