Verifying Internet Connection


If you are having issues connecting to the internet, or are receiving "Connection Error" messages, the most common cause is being disconnected from the WiFi router.
Check the network connection settings on the iPod to ensure you are connected to the correct router.

If after watching the video and connecting to your router you are still having the "Connection Error", double check that you can access the internet by using a computer or other device also connected to the same WiFi network and try to browse the internet. Once you are sure you have a WiFi connection with internet access and the iPod is connected to the router, if the error continues, contact us for more assistance.
