Cart Popup

On your event page, there is a Cart Popup that will store users Email or Phone number, this is used for re-engagement in case the customer does not end up purchasing a ticket. If you wish to disable it here's how: 

  1. From the dashboard of your event, click the Edit Event button
  2. You are now on the Event Information tab. In the Basic Information section, there is a checkbox labeled Cart Popup
  3. Check this box to disable it.
  4. After checking the box, click Save Event at the bottom of your screen
