This article explains how to locate charges and if you have more than one event how to help reconcile the amount collected for each event.
Login to your Stripe account, and remember your Stripe login might be different than your AttendStar login. For security reasons we suggest it be different and we will never ask you for this information at AttendStar.
After you login you will see your Dashboard as shown below.
- Click Payments on the left
- Click View all payments
You will see a list of all payments.
To view selected payments you would enter in some uniqie information about a single event and then place that in the search box.
Now you should see all the transactions related to a specific event.
