On the bottom of the Basic Information on your tickets, you will see a drop down with three options in it.

All Tickets Sold Out

Online Tickets Sold Out

Tickets Available at the Door

In order to communicate the status of your tickets to the public, you should choose and appropriate message.

We suggest using this feature in combination with the Low Ticket Alert that you will find on the Advanced tab in your tickets.

When your available online tickets reach 0 we will automatically display Online Tickets Sold Out but this will only generate phone calls asking if tickets are available from another source or location.  So changing this to All Tickets Sold Out or Tickets Available at the Door becomes very important.
