Resend Tickets to Your Attendees

 
My attendee contacted me and they lost their ticket in their email or deleted the email with their tickets. What do I do?


Simple! You can resend the ticket to your attendee. There are two ways you can do this.

Method 1:

  1. Click the Search button on the AttendStar main screen


  2. In the search bar, type the attendee's order number (if they don't have their order number, you can search by their name or email address)


    **NOTE: This is an account-wide search, meaning you can search for tickets or attendees across all of your events from ONE place!

  3. Now, click Resend next to the ticket in question 


  4. You can also search orders and resend tickets by clicking Manage Attendees under the Attendees section of the particular event 





  5. You will now be prompted to either send to the registered email address, another email address, or both. Ask what email your customer wants the ticket sent to and respond accordingly. Click Send Ticket
           

    **NOTE: It is always helpful to confirm the email address with the customer to ensure there are no typos, etc.

    Your ticket has been resent!

Method 2:
  1. Follow steps 1-3 in Method 1  

  2. Select the option for Other Email and input your own email address

  3. The ticket will now arrive in your email; click the link to download it. For instructions on getting a ticket, go here.

  4. After sending the tickets to yourself, select Save As and save the ticket in a place where you will remember it

  5. Now you can email the ticket buyer directly from your email address and attach the ticket(s) as .pdf files
