How to delete a ticket type

Deleting a ticket type erases the ticket from your event. Ticket buyers will no longer be able to purchase that ticket type because it will not be listed on the ticket sales page, however, people who have purchased that ticket type will still have the ticket and the ticket will still be listed in your Event Summary Report. The ticket type will not appear on the Overview or All Tickets pages
  1. Select the event

  2. From the Overview of your event, select Tickets in the menu and click on All Tickets

  3. Find the row of the ticket type you would like to delete and click the blue Delete link in the row of the ticket type you would like to delete

  4. Confirm the deletion

How to suspend ticket sales
Suspending a ticket will make it appear as "Unavailable" on the ticket sales page. Your ticket buyers will still be able to see the ticket type and its price on the page, but will not be able to purchase it. People who have purchased that ticket type will still have the ticket and the ticket will still be listed in your event summary report.

  1. Select the event

  2. From the Overview of your event, select Tickets in the menu and click on All Tickets

  3. Click the blue Edit link in the row of the ticket type to suspend

  4. Click the Advanced tab

  5. Find the Suspend Sales section and change the drop-down from "No" to "Yes"

  6. Click the Update Ticket button

  7. Your ticket is now listed as "Suspended" in the Status column

  8. This is what ticket buyers see on the sales page
